This is part of a challenge on Jenny's blog to encourage us to tell our stories. Each week she gives us a theme with 5 prompts for pictures. Here are my photographs from this week:
Something I can't live without:
I cannot live without my faith in Jesus. Everything around me reminds me of just how much a part of our lives He is. I enjoy spending time at church and in His Word. Having a quiet time with Him every morning is a must for me. I cannot even begin to think of what life would be without. . .
A favorite snack:
fresh baked Sugar cookies from the grocery bakery. LOVE them!! They are super sweet so I usually only eat 1 a day, but they are to die for. mmm!
Your ride:
that's my baby. My 2007 Accent. I have yet to name this car (although I am a huge fan of cars having names). I think to often I take it fro granted that when I am ready to get up and go she will just start. But thankfully I have not had any problems with this car. I sure do love my ride!
Weekend routine:
other than just hanging out we do not have much of a weekend routine around here. However with the summer just around the corner we are now in the season of "must-do's" every weekend. The biggie is mowing the grass and taking care of the yard and ponds. But we don't mind, we are outdoors-y people (is that even a word?) Can never get enough sunshine and fresh air!
a place you get your food:
my mind immediately jumps to the grocery store, even though there are plenty of other places we get our food from. (I mean it is garden season after all) We have shopped at Giant for. . .well forever I guess. My "little sister" Ashley works there so it's an added bonus to get to visit a little each week.

This is a great idea! And the grocery store picture is so cute; such a look on her face.

Great pictures! Thanks for sharing about your faith in Jesus! Don't know how I would get through each day without that as well.
ReplyDeleteI also love those same sugar cookies! They are my fave!
Hope you have a great week!
Jenn- Just loving these photos. I highly recommend the devotional called Jesus Calling. Transformational for Jeff and I. The frosted sugar cookies are highly addictive and Jeff's favorite and I bought him some for Father's Day.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up. Always love getting a peak into your life.
