View of my building as I pulled out of work Friday afternoon! Great week!
Me attempting to babysit. . . .I am not too fond of kids these days. . . but I try!

Something to think about
Ever wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phone?
What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?
What if we flipped through it several time a day?
What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?
What if we used it to receive messages from the text?
What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to Kids as gifts?
What if we used it when we traveled?
What if we used it in case of emergency?
This is something to make you go....hmm....where is my Bible? Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phone, we don't have to worry about our Bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill. And no dropped calls!
Makes you stop and think, what are my priorities?

One Weekend Album
Scrapbook Room, Part 2
These are the rest of my scrap room pictures:
This is my new cabinet, I use it to store all my stampin' Up sets, and punches. Beside it you can see my paper and book storage.
On the opposite wall are my cabinets. The smaller one holds most of my embellishments. And the larger one is used for all my "in process" and empty albums. (I store all my filled, completed albums upstairs where they can be viewed) on top you can see my scrap tree with the ornaments from one of the swaps I did on the Memory Makers Board!
Here is another shelf where I store my smaller photo albums and some of my completed projects. (plus my cd collection, I need music to scrap to!)
This last shot is the view first walking into my scraproom. I'm especially proud of the "curtains" over my window. I made them from an old tablecloth, the color matched perfectly so I just cut and sewed.
Not my ideal scraproom, but it is my space and I love it!! I do love that I have been blessed enough to have this space, I used to scrap out of a plastic storage container! Thanks to my family for allowing me to literally "take over" the majority of our basement! And thanks to all of my awesome blog friends for allowing me it with you!!

(I decided the 10th of each month would be self portrait day. Trying to incorporate as many different ideas into my PL as I can)
I just love the Biggest Loser. I think I've watched every season!
Dentist appointment. I swear his assisstant thought I was crazy when I asked her to snap a pic for me:)

My scraproom, part 1
I snapped some pics of my scrap room the other day and thought that I'd share them with you. The only space available for me to utilize is in the basement, which is plenty spacious but has no "real" windows. Everything looks so cluttered in these pics, but I really do have an organized system!
I use the other end of the counter for my stamping and painting and glittering. Anything potentially "messy".
I have more pics to share later on of the rest of the room. Just not enough time now to share.
This is the view from the far end of my scraproom. The far wall has a metal sheet attached to it where I can hang pictures, articles, notes, clippings, samples, cards, ect. My inspiration board.
This is my main work space, where I put everything together. The counter is actually quite long, but only this portion has a "finished" top.I use the other end of the counter for my stamping and painting and glittering. Anything potentially "messy".
