One weekend

Saturday's Shot:

A Phillies game Saturday night with a group of friends. It was tons of fun, but way to hot to try to think creatively. i am lucky I even moved to take any shots!

Sunday's Shot:

This was taken at my dad's 50th birthday party. I was trying to come up with some different ways to take the usual birthday shots and got this random but pretty cool angle of the cake! It's pretty cool what you can come up with while your thinking "outside the box" so to speak.

Salad. Thats what we have every Sunday for lunch. I just love a good salad! Thanks to a good friend at church who provides us each week with leftover salads and wraps from Chick-fil-a! She started this just after my dad lost his job and has continued. The Lord truly is good and He provides all our needs!

Super Saturday

It was a gorgeous day for yard work. the sun was shining and the breeze was blowing! This cute little guy came and hung out with us the whole afternoon! (And right after I discovered the macro setting on my camera too!) he didn't even budge while I was trying to take pictures of him from each different angle. What an awesome little subject for my Saturday shot! I guess I just got lucky, being in the right place at the right time! . . . Don't they say dragonflies are a sign of good luck anyway??

A day at the bay! I took tons of pics but I really like the way this one kind of sums up just how beautiful and relaxing the day was!

Saturdays Shot

Finally we got some rain to cool us off from the heat. This is my favorite part of any rainy day!! The awesome reminder of God's promise to us! I love seeing rainbows!!
