Still scrapbooking

I share so much of my Project Life here on the blog you may think that I have abandoned traditional scrapbooking. No way! Thought I'd start sharing some pages randomly. I went through last years album and took some pictures of my favorite layouts. I am still ordering pictures from December and have tons more to do before 2013 is actually completed, but here's a start!!

A couple of layouts from a zoo trip taken with my sister last April. I always have way too many pictures and try to include a bunch in my layouts with overcrowding. Not sure how I feel about the 1st layout, but I love the way the polar bear one turned out!

This layout represents the fondness my sister has for finding praying mantis' in the front garden. She is always too cute searching for them. It's a big deal because she hates bugs! 

Project Life 2014: Week 6

Sunday: Wii sports, a little jet skiing and wakeboarding

 Monday: cleaning my bookshelf off and rediscovering an old poetry set of my grandfathers

 Tuesday: another look at my morning routine; new devotional and a heart in my coffee

 Wednesday: February self portrait day

 Thursday: snow, snow, and more snow

 Friday: Cupcake decorating party for Valentines day

 Saturday: working on a snow fort

 Week 45 completed pages

 Included a hand-doodled layout of 100 things I love and 100 things my sister loves

project Life 2014: Week 5

Sunday: Paperwork galore, SOP review time

Monday: Building my 1st snowman of the season

 Tuesday: Prize package arrived in the mail, yeah for new books!!

 Wednesday: Day 1 without power, board games by candlelight

 Thursday: Day 2 without power, working on a mini album in the living room in front of the kerosene wrapped in blankets and wearing gloves

 Friday: Day 3 without power, a makeshift refrigerator (cooler buried in the snow) so the food didn't go bad!

 Saturday: Visiting the local giant snowman, wish I had the tools to build one like that!!

Tuesday: Completing my gowning retest at work

Wednesday: trying a new recipe for Hamburger soup, I found it on pinterest!

Thursday: Working on my verses while waiting/carpooling with mom

Friday: Finally taking down the Christmas tree

Saturday: Field trip to the Eastern State penitentiary! Awesome!
