Yesterday, I went mini golfing in Lancaster county with my Sunday school class. It was so much fun and they have such a beautiful couse. This little mill like building was the obstacle at hole #13. You had to putt your golf ball through the swinging doors on the other side of the building. Challenging. . .I am not much of a golf girl. It was so serene I couldn't resist snapping some shots of it.



This is my bonus shot for this week. We stopped for homemade ice cream right next to this little woodmakers shop. This one was of the many different bird house he had on display. This particular one is actually a bird house tree. How cute is that? They have some of the neatest little handcrafted things in Lancaster!

This is the new cabinet that I got for my scraproom. I spent the entire day cleaning and organizing and moving things around so that it was just right!


Sunday, September 5, 2010:

I have discovered that I love taking food pictures. These are the bagels we got from Panera Bread this morning. I love the smell of fresh baked breads in the morning!

Sunday: Week 10

My Bath and Body collection. After a quick stop to refill my lotions, I came home with 3 new scents. On my last trip to the store I came home with Twilight Woods and am now addicted! I am also loving their new forever sunshine and summer vanilla/coconut. I just love their products!

Saturdays Shot: Week 10

Tonights dinner. It was meatloaf with my secret sauce, potatoes, and green beans straight from the garden. So yummy.

Saturday was spent at the Phillies game, I really like the way the pictures turned out of the Phanatic/ dance girls routine. You can feel the attitude and the energy of the dance in this shot!

Today was a rainy day, but as soon as the sun came out I grabbed my camera and ventured outside. I have always like the look of a fresh rain on the plants and was lucky enough to get a picture before the sun dried it all up.

2 weekends, 4 shots (weeks 7 & 8)

Since I've been away for 2 weeks, I have a little catching up to do with my one weekend project. All of my pictures are trip related and very "common place" to all our family vacations; game nights, wildlife, long days outdoors, and traveling.

Saturday, August 7:
This year Sorry seemed to be the game of choice. My 9 year old cousin brought it along and it managed to find its way to the table several evenings during some of our down time!

Sunday, August 8:
Turtles! They were everywhere! Especially around our campsite and several of the beach areas we visited.

Saturday, August 14:
A beautiful evening sunset in Ocean City, NJ. I snapped this shot last night from the boardwalk. The colors were so bright and radiant!

Sunday, August 15:
Traveling all day long to get home. This was pretty much the scenery for my day.

Sunday's Shot:


I spent most of the afternoon playing catch up in my scrap room. I just love all the color displayed everywhere, but the ribbons especially caught my eye!

I originally took this shot for a photograph scavenger hunt I was working on Saturday. (the word was too much) But I think this shot accurately shows something my dad enjoys doing- fishing. And while thats only half his collection and he never uses most of the rods, fishing is an enjoyable pastime for him!
